seriously?
i know its cliche' and making me look like a hack, but i love to draw just a single eye sometimes, and dangit, i really really like this

i drew it whilst playing Xbox today (yeah, try to figure that one out)

anyways, one of my OC's actually HAS an eye like this, i got the idea for her after getting this one
(if you don't want to hear the initial idea, skip to after the double-line bar)
========================
facts to consider...

1. Eating watermelon seeds can cause them to grow inside of you.

2.there are plants capable of reflexive movement such as the Mimosa, the Telegraph plant, sundews bladderworts. And of course, venus fly traps.

3. If you let your fingernails grow long enough, veins begin to form in them

4. If you place something in a deep wound, your skin will heal around it

suppose you had a hole in your body (most likely in your back or stomach area) that is very deep. now place the seed of one of those reflexive plants inside the wound. Fill it back up with the chunk of flesh you just tore out and wait for it to heal.

it would need to be deep enough to disturb the path of nerves, and it would need to be a plant that requires no sunlight to grow. Since a venus fly trap is carnivorous PREHAPS it could get its nutrients from its human host and be able to grow.

assuming it grows, the nerves cut off from before will begin to reform around the seed; as it grows, the nerves may change their growth as well since they may still be broken, becoming entwined with the plant.

in its ideal final stage the plant will have broken the surface of the newly formed skin, yet the involved nerves will give the host the ability to manipulate it as if it were an extension of their own body.

anyways, look for her coming up sometime in sky of roses, probably not until part 3 though...that is if i ever get the guts to post more literature.
